Is Govindudu Andari Vaadele a DDLJ remake?
Krishna Vamsi – Ram Charan combination multistarrer is going to take off soon and the movie is going to be officially launched in few hours from now, i.e., tomorrow. The main leads are picked and while Kajal Aggarwal is female lead to Ram Charan, it will be Kamalini for Srikanth. Sources close to the unit says that the story and the script are superb and that Krishna Vamsi worked so hard to come up with such a script.
Meanwhile, there are rumors rife that the supposed family entertainer will be a remake or rehash of Bollywood’s 90s blockbuster super hit movie Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jaayenge.
While remake trend is fast catching up with the makers who feel creatively bankrupt it is surprising to see someone known as creative director doing it!
First thing, DDLJ is two decades old movie and story. And we have seen a similar rehash in Telugu in Nuvvu Naaku Nacchavu wherein Venkatesh played lead role. And who on earth want to see this boring story in Telugu. We just hope this is just another rumor that will rest in peace soon, but in case not, then God save the audience!
